Understanding Audiences Better

We measure and benchmark what is discussed and how it's discussed in social media.

Fizziology uses both technology and human analysis to find applicable insights in the ever-expanding social conversation among consumers. We uncover how people, properties, and brands show up in those conversations – tagged and untagged.

Human Analysis

Human Analysis

To understand social, keyword or algorithmic sentiment analysis simply isn’t good enough. A trained human analyst is needed to truly get it.

More Than Hashtags and Handles

I bring my knowledge to the table and look at situations from all angles but often pull in others for fresh ideas. I enjoy the balance of individual insight and collaborative efforts.

We are taught to understand the world through storytelling. It is the glue between people and ideas. Lindsey wants to capture that connection by forming stories that embody the complexity of moviegoer conversation. Neither film nor the chatter around it is formulaic, so it should be approached as a unique conversation each time.

Lindsey works on the domestic side of the Film team. She seeks relevant audience conversation and crafts actionable insights for clients. She knows that her efforts are a small part in a larger collaboration. That collaboration, not unlike the filmmaking process, is the art behind creating a narrative around how audiences discuss films.

She has interned with Fizziology since 2015 and also gained film studio experience prior to graduating.
